All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations.
Sizing Issues
If you encounter sizing issues, please contact us via email at info.lildaisy@gmail.com or direct message us on Instagram. We will assist you in reselling the product. Additionally, we may offer alterations on a case-by-case basis.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos or videos to document the issue. We will evaluate the problem and take appropriate action, including arranging for the product to be collected.
Response Time
All emails and direct messages will be addressed within 24 hours of receipt.
Please Note: Our drop includes quality samples, wholesale pieces, surplus pieces, deadstock pieces, and brand new pieces. We do not sell preloved or second-hand items. Tiny unnoticeable defects may emerge however any noticeable defects will be clearly mentioned.
